Answers:

How do I install my Dispenser?

  • You must use BOTH the double faced tape AND the entire tube of silicone adhesive for your installation. The tape alone will not hold the unit, once it is filled.
  • Do NOT FILL the unit for 24 hours after installation
  • The wall surface where the unit is to be mounted must be CLEAN and DRY!

How do I stop liquid drips from spout?

  • Unit may simply require routine housekeeping
  • Remove pump and valve from chamber
  • Wash and rinse till liquid flows
  • Ensure the ball inside the valve is moving freely
  • Alternatively make sure the valve has a blue ball

How do I remove my Dispenser from the wall?

  • Use a sharp serrated knife to slice the silicone and tape between the Dispenser and the wall
  • Alternatively a length of thin fishing line can be used in a sawing fashion between the Dispenser and the wall

Can I buy spare parts?

  • Yes, you can

How do I get the liquid to pump?

  • Check to see if the pump is primed. The instructions are printed under the lid of your Dispenser and in your instructions.
  • Alternatively it could be unusually thick liquid, usually conditioner:
    • Remove pump and valve from chamber
    • Wash and rinse till liquid flows
    • Ensure the ball inside the valve is moving freely
  • Unit simply requires routine housekeeping
    • Remove pump and valve from chamber
    • Wash and rinse until liquid flows
    • Ensure the ball inside the valve is moving freely

What do I clean my Dispenser with?

  • Usually a damp cloth with remove any soap residue
  • A quick polish will keep the finish in perfect condition

How do I know which liquid is what?

  • Every Dispenser comes with a set of waterproof mylar-coated labels
  • Just peel off the label you wish to use and place it in the indentation above the relevant button

Can people with disabilities use it?

  • The Dispenser can be operated with a finger, fist, shoulder or elbow making it ideal for people with physical disabilities.

How much does the pump deliver?

  • The hydraulic pump delivers 2mls every time it is pressed.  With The Dispenser, the average adult use just 6 – 8mls of each liquid, which is a significant savings on the cost of liquids.
